Plan ‘B’


Organization needs to be dynamic as not only change is inevitable but also it is the real meaning of life. Various targets set just six months ago may need adjustments to meet today's situation. Often the targets may remain unchanged, but the route to achieve those targets may require a detour.

We as leaders therefore must recognize the necessity for growth of our organization because unless it grows at or above the growth rate of the outside world, it is most probably sliding down.

When external situations changed considerably, switching to other alternative option or implementing plan ‘B’ as many people called it, is simply a smart choice.
