Encouraged-Enabled-Empowered-Entrusted

In all organization there are internal negative voices that in one way or another telling that we can't succeed - people who are doubters.

As leaders we would certainly like to have team members that are encouraged-enabled-empowered-entrusted, those top achievers.

All top achievers have those four characteristics. They acquired them through overcoming many challenges and obstacles. They never quit and eventually they won. Those top achievers consistently and courageously find ways to overcome all barriers and hurdles that appear on their journey to success.

We may have doubts from time to time and it’s human. However, for organizations to achieve success, it is critical to have team with confidence. Hence, on a regular and ongoing basis we as leaders must make up our minds and communicate that confidence to our people.

As leaders we ought to make sure that we develop our people so that they all be encouraged-enabled-empowered-entrusted and will play their roles and bring the most to the organization.

Are we enabling and empowering leaders?

Another introspective question that we as leaders must probably first ask ourselves:

Are we Encouraged-Enabled-Empowered-Entrusted?
