Do we have the courage to speak up when the majority of our peers say uninamously about something we don't agree?
When things get tougher, do we have the strength to resist the temptation to just follow the majority to avoid humiliation?
As leaders, we must have courage to be different but we must also have humility that will give us the right kind of courage.
Humility is a vital personal trait of a leader.
