You
might have read a story about four people named ANYBODY, EVERYBODY, SOMEBODY and NOBODY.
There
was an important job to be done and EVERYBODY was sure that SOMEBODY would do
it.
ANYBODY could have done it, but NOBODY
did it.
SOMEBODY
gets angry about that, because it was EVERYBODY’s job.
EVERYBODY
thought ANYBODY could do it, but NOBODY realized that EVERYBODY would not do it.
It
ended up that EVERYBODY blamed SOMEBODY when NOBODY did what ANYBODY could have done.
Morale of that story is that such
situation simply started when EVERYBODY think “IT’S NOT MY JOB.”
It's more often
than not that a person who is considered NOBODY actually did many the trivial
small things - but without
those steps that NOBODY carried out - nothing good or great can be achieved by
ANYBODY.
Have we ever
thought that without NOBODY, there is possibly no iPhone or iPad or other
innovative products/services?
STEVE JOBS had. Most of his legacy are brilliant
innovations that NOBODY started.
