The most gratifying and satisfying reward of success as a leader and coach at the same time is the opportunity to contribute to the growth of other people.


Many leaders and managers were not getting the successes they wanted because they give too little attention to their people needs for growth. As leaders and/or managers, we have the responsibility to guide our people, our successors. This helps them do their jobs faster and better hence prepares them to be more productive and to move higher in the organization. By sharing our personal growth and successes with the people around us, it can ensure the success of our organization which in due course makes it possible to create more jobs and careers.

Sure there are hurdles and obstacles in our quest for success but remind ourselves all the time that we live in a world of plenty opportunities that are there for us to tap and explore in creative ways so that we can reach the successes we desire.

Celebrate our successes and use them as ladders to higher levels of accomplishment and feel the joy of being persons who are givers instead of takers.
